Wan Jia Xiang Xiang Zhuang (萬家香香莊) is a cherished family business founded by the late Mr. and Mrs. Teo in the 1950s. What started as a humble incense manufacturing operation has, over the decades, blossomed into a respected wholesaler and retailer of religious ceremonial items.

Our first flagship store, nestled in the heart of the vibrant Tiong Bahru Market, has proudly served the community for over 50 years. Now in its third generation, our family remains deeply committed to providing essential items for religious ceremonies — from joss paper and incense sticks to candles and paper effigies.

At Wan Jia Xiang Xiang Zhuang, we believe in preserving and passing on this rich cultural heritage. It is our honor to support families in continuing their traditions and rituals with respect, care, and devotion.
